Electromagnetic fields Photos permitted by the National Radiological Protection Board, UK

“Electromagnetic fields of all frequencies represent one of the most common and fastest growing environmental influences, about which anxiety and speculation are spreading. All populations are now exposed to varying degrees of EMF, and the levels will continue to increase as technology advances.”

“As part of its Charter to protect public health and in response to public concern, the World Health Organization (WHO) established the International EMF Project in 1996 to assess the scientific evidence of possible health effects of EMF in the frequency range from 0 to 300 GHz.”
“The EMF Project is open to broad participation.”

“The EMF Project is open to any WHO Member State government, i.e. department of health, or representatives of other national institutions concerned with radiation protection. The project is fully funded by participating countries and agencies.”

I am so glad to see the recognition by WHO. So many countries seem to be in a quandary about setting limits for one reason or another. Thank you for making this information available. Are you aware that you can protect yourself? I have ES and couldnt hardly use a phone, computer or TV.

when we purchased this property we were informed that the wife of the former owner has died from a brain tumour or embolism.
We assumed that this event was a medical outcome of some unknown illness, even though the previous owner had moved to a caravan in the yard. We assumed he was a kook and a bit senile.
We moved in to the house because the 132Kv wires are thirty metres from our bedroom we thought they would not affect us.
I am in my early sixties and my wife in her early fifties, both of us previously had good health and are conscious of our well being.
We both started to suffer depression after a year or two and put it down to changes in our circumstances and did not relate it to the place we slept at night.
We medicated for depression and did not improve, our digestion system started to malfunction and once again we medicated to no avail.
We both then suffered from joint pain and a Chiropractor was consulted and a program of twelve months spinal adjustment, offered some remedial easing of our pain.
Towards the end of this treatment I commenced to have severe spasms in my calf and leg muscles at night. So a medication known as Gabapentim was prescribed, when researched it was found that this chemical is involved in the regulation of melatonin and seratonin at night whilst one is asleep.
Being farmers we did not often go away and stay at other locations and it wasn’t until I went to stay at my son’s place for a few days that I noticed the spasms and the pain disappeared.
I reached a point where we moved our bed to another room further in the house that is shielded by two concrete walls from the source of the EMF and the symptoms are on the decline, so far one week later I have no spasms, sleep soundly and my digestion system has settled to almost normal. My depression has declined to a manageable level and I am working a number of hours more per day than I was previous, to moving the bed.
My wife has not recovered as quickly as me and I fear she may have chronic fatigue syndrome due to her reduced size and lower muscle mass may have run herself down a lot more than myself.
Still need more evidence. contact us and we will no doubt have more correct info on this serious health issue.

Howard,
I think it quite possible that your health issues and those of your wife are related to EMF from the high voltage power line.
You can buy an EMF meter that will measure the strength of the EMF. They are not too expensive. The reason for having a meter is that the EMF may not be constant in various parts of your house. There may be hot spots and cool spots. With a meter you would be able to find out where they are, and avoid spending too much time in a hot spot.
