  1. In new Verizon contracts in fine print … upon signing this contract you agree not to sue the Cell Phone Maker or participate in a Class Action Lawsuit.

The Supreme Court refused to dismiss the pending class action lawsuits against the cell phone industry and the lawsuits are proceeding. This will be big news in 2006.

on the money again bruv

4. CellSpider - August 9, 2007

Does that mean I can sue them individually then? Not that anyone would have enough money to take on a giant like Verizon.

I don’t see how a clause that says “I’m not responsible for doing bad and/or illegal stuff” would hold up in court. There’s no way an individual could get a way with that.

5. Sony Ericsson Phones - September 7, 2013

When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added”
checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.

Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Thanks!
